Nikolai & Associates Ltd. was created to market dry bulk commodities across Great Lakes and inland waterway docks.

Based upon experience in distribution of highway road salt, requiring negotiation with dock owners for dock space throughout the Great Lakes and inland waterways, our firm has learned each unique niche they serve and know what bulk commodities would enhance their individual operations.

In addition, throughout our 8 years of managing a dock operation the principal has talked and negotiated with numerous producers of bulk commodities. This involvement gives Nikolai & Associates Ltd. the tools needed to “marry” bulk commodities producers with ideal depot distribution sites.
